To start, we shared a creamy carbonara, rich and perfectly balanced, with silky sauce clinging to every strand of pasta. For the main course, we ordered a spicy salami pizza with just the right kick, and a burrata and prosciutto pizza, fresh, delicate, and beautifully layered. Each pizza arrived straight from the wood-fired oven, with a crisp crust and airy edges.

We could even watch the chefs prepare the pizzas and slide them into the wood-fired oven, which added a special sense of excitement and authenticity to the whole experience.
