My weight loss journey - Week 2

I must admit that I'm obsessed with weighing myself. I do this daily, every single day, for the last, I don't remember how many years. Two days ago, I was concerned that I only lost 600g when, in Week 2, I was supposed to lose another 500g. However, this morning, the scale showed exactly what I wanted to see, and the 500g was gone! I'm happy to say that this week I'm 62kg, which means 1,1kg is gone since my first week. I gave up way too many times, but this time, I won't stop until I reach my dream weight, and then I will work hard on maintaining it. It is a struggle, but at the end of the day, it will be all worth it when I finally stop getting stressed about my belly on holiday, etc.

I go to the gym five times a week and try not to go over 1400kcal. For all of those who think it's not enough, this is the reason why I couldn't lose weight for so long. As someone who only goes for walks and works from home, it is not possible to eat more kcal and lose weight. I know because I tried for so long.



















I'm still learning to cook big meals, low in calories but rich in everything good for me. Summer is coming so I have no more time to lose! This post was very short but necessary because I know that many of you follow my journey so I would like to be fully transparent, and at the same time I feel so much better after writing it. This is also a way of keeping me motivated because once I share every detail with the world it would be terrible to just give up!
